★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb online een afspraak laten maken, compleet met sms-code etc maar die bleek bij aankomst op de afgesproken tijd niet in het systeem te staan.
Wel excuses (“het gebeurt vaker, we hebben een zieke”) maar geen oplossing (“het lukt vandaag niet meer”) en de baas laat zijn personeel de teleurgestelde klant in spé te woord staan en doet of zijn neus bloedt.
Erg onprofessioneel.
Hier wenst men geen klanten, is de boodschap.
I had an appointment made online, complete with SMS code, etc., but it turned out not to be in the system on arrival at the agreed time.
There are apologies ("it happens more often, we have a sick person") but no solution ("it doesn't work today") and the boss lets his staff talk to the disappointed customer-to-be and pretends his nose is bleeding.
Very unprofessional.
They don't want customers here, is the message.
