★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aviclaim is een laagdrempelig en transparant bedrijf waar ik goede ervaringen mee heb. Ze denken met je mee en zijn zeer goed in hun communicatie. Ook als je nog vragen hebt zijn ze telefonisch en per mail zeer correct en goed bereikbaar. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat ik de service perfect vind. Echt een aanrader.
 Aviclaim is an accessible and transparent company with which I have good experiences. They think along with you and are very good at communicating. Even if you have any questions, they are very correct and easily accessible by phone and email. All I can say is that I think the service is perfect. Really recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following the Corona crisis Transavia decided they would unlawfully keep my money despite cancelling my flight. It seemed they would only provide a voucher ignoring the law and my wishes. I along with many others decided this was unfair and Aviclaim launched a legal action which forced Transavia to do what's right and refund us. The process was simple and the costs for this service very low. I would not hesitate to use Aviclaim again. They are fighting for the rights of the consumer against businesses who would prefer to abuse them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys helped us get our money back in a very professional way. They kept in touch on a regular basis, kept us up-to-date and were always honest and realistic. I would recommend anyone who has trouble getting money back from aviation companies to give those guys a call or contact them through their webiste.
