★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location is good, however the cars they advertise are not what you get. For example they advertise VW Golf or similar but you do not get a golf or similar - you get a cheap model in the same size bracket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered car with baby seat for Easter Monday a month in advance. Went to pick it up and was told there was none available. The guy was actually laughing that he had none. They did not inform us beforehand to find one elsewhere. Needless to say it wasted half our day trying to find a baby seat.
Poor English speaking skills. Not very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a car with winter tires, paid for the extras and got a confirmation. When picking up the car it still had to be cleaned, and had no winter tires. Fortunately another europcar site not too far away had a car with winter tires, but I had to drive over there myself to pick it up. It cost me two hours extra in total, plus I had to pay myself for the extra distance for the mistake europcar had made.
The car was nice and new, staff was friendly and helpfull, but they really need to get their administration straight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Upgrated my car. But price ended up being more (almost double) that what i choose on the website, because of "insurance" apparently. Made me sign the contract in Dutch, without knowing the extra fees that would be added. It took almost a week to get a reply to my email asking details about the extra fees.
