Onze makelaar die is bij elke stap er geweest en heeft altijd eerlijk zijn professionele mening geven. Hierdoor hebben wij een huis gekocht waar we heel erg blij mee zijn. Ik zou avt makelaars heel erg aanbevelen!
 We are very happy with the help we received from our broker, from avt brokers! Our real estate agent who has been there every step of the way and has always been honest in giving his professional opinion. We bought a house that we are very happy with. I would highly recommend avt brokers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In deze verhitte woningmarkt hadden wij de mazzel om het makelaarskantoor van AVT tegen het lijf te lopen.
Al vanaf de eerste ontmoeting met Danny voelde het goed en gingen wij vol vertrouwen het proces in om een nieuw huis aan te schaffen. Al snel vonden wij een fantastisch huis en zijn wij door AVT zeer professioneel begeleid, ook tijdens de stressvolle periode die na het ondertekenen van de koopakte is ontstaan. Alle werknemers van AVT hebben keihard gewerkt om het voor ons waar te maken. Hierin zijn wij heel erg fijn ondersteund, op een zeer vriendelijke, doch zakelijke wijze.
Na de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning heeft AVT ook de verkoop van onze vorige woning onder hun hoede genomen, binnen anderhalve week hadden zij onze woning verkocht waarop onze toen al positieve ervaring met hen alleen maar opnieuw werd bevestigd.
De no nonsens aanpak stond voorop en zonder hen was het ons niet gelukt.
Dus aan Danny, Nicolette en alle overige werknemers van AVT: heel erg bedankt voor alles!
In this heated housing market we were lucky enough to bump into AVT's real estate agency.
From the first meeting with Danny it felt good and we confidently entered the process of purchasing a new house. We soon found a fantastic house and we were guided very professionally by AVT, even during the stressful period that arose after signing the deed of sale. All AVT employees have worked very hard to make it happen for us. We are very nicely supported in this, in a very friendly, yet businesslike way.
After the purchase of our new home, AVT also took charge of the sale of our previous home, within a week and a half they had sold our home, on which our already positive experience with them was only confirmed again.
The no-nonsense approach was paramount and without them we would not have succeeded.
So to Danny, Nicolette and all other AVT employees: thank you very much for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a viewing today for Kuifvlinder 13 te Diemen with Stefan Bijlsma from avt makelaars.
Due to heavy snow, roads were terrible and a car got stuck on our way, we had to wait till the road got cleared.
So we were 4 mins late to the appointment. Stefan immediately asked us to go and see upstairs first so he can take the new visitors in while we are upstairs.
Guess what next visitors are also late! Such a bad luck for him.
When we were back in the first floor I criticized the fact that appointments were planned without any buffer between as it's not really safe during covid-19 and specially today with the heavy snow all over the country.
But he got offended and became even more rude. Did not explain anything about the house. Kept blaimng us since it was all our fault to be late which is unbelievable in this beautiful weather..
So thanks to Stefan, we are not gonna make an offer despite the fact we liked the house.
