Het duurde even voordat alles op zijn plek viel, maar ik kan er nu niet meer omheen dat ik mij beter voel dan ooit. Complimenten vliegen rond mijn oren en ik ben totaal niet meer bezig met mijn probleem wat ervoor zorgt dat ik geniet van waar ik op dat moment ben zonder negatieve gedachtes. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die meer in zijn hoofd leeft dan in het hier en nu. It's unbelievable how I've been feeling lately. It took a while for everything to fall into place, but I can't help but feel better than ever. Compliments fly around my ears and I am totally not concerned with my problem anymore which ensures that I enjoy where I am at that moment without negative thoughts. Highly recommended for anyone who lives more in their head than in the here and now.

Met gesprekken, hypnose en verschillende oefeningen - die ik ook nu nog thuis toepas - ben ik tot verrassende inzichten gekomen. Het was confronterend, leerzaam en ontzettend verlichtend. Ik zou het iedereen zeker aanraden! Tijdens elke hypnose had ik volledig de controle. Ook wanneer ik mij niet kon ontspannen om in hypnose te komen, of de hypnose even niet fijn voelde, wist Ayona van elke sessie een fijn en leerzaam moment te maken, dank daarvoor!! :) Patient, interested and competent. I heard about hypnotherapy through colleagues and family and ended up on Ayona's couch. With conversations, hypnosis and various exercises - which I still use at home - I have come to surprising insights. It was confronting, educational and incredibly enlightening. I would definitely recommend it to everyone! During each hypnosis I was in complete control. Even when I couldn't relax to get into hypnosis, or the hypnosis didn't feel right for a while, Ayona knew how to make every session a nice and educational moment, thank you for that!! :)

Ook krijg je huiswerk om van te voren een "probleem" te beschrijven waar je aan wil werken. Ik heb het als een hele mooie bijzonder ervaring ervaren. En nu een paar maanden verder merk ik echt verandering in mijn denken en doen. Een voorbeeld ik droeg bijna nooit kleur en nu wil ik juist kleur aan. Naast de hypnotherapie heb ik ook veel gehad aan de coaching. Ayona super bedankt voor alles. Firstly, Ayona is a very nice person where you feel at ease. She explains very clearly what she is going to do. You will also be given homework to describe in advance a "problem" that you want to work on. I have experienced it as a very nice special experience. And now a few months later I really notice a change in my thinking and acting. An example I almost never wore color and now I want to wear color. In addition to the hypnotherapy, I have also benefited a lot from the coaching. Ayona thank you so much for everything.
