I found it easy to open up to her, and this helped me find the strength to try overcome the stress. Sangitha also gave excellent advice and techniques to help me bring down the inflammation. Within around two weeks, I already saw a lot of improvement with the inflammation going down.

The practice is lead by a very sweet and humble lady who makes her life passion of helping people to get better. She is an all-round holistic healer and with high qualifications and recommendations. In this clinic, all are equal and get treated with so much love and compassion. To help a person they really make such a great effort. Sangitha has more than 30 years of experience and has helped many thousands of people.
The clinic treats all kinds of diseases and illnesses. Most people who come here have been to the doctors for many times and have done many tests to find out what’s going on with them. But mostly they were not able to find the right kind of help to cure them. They treat all kinds of conditions and disease. Whether it's emotional, spiritual, physical or all above mentioned Sangitha treat everybody with love and expertise.
The ambience is very peaceful and when you walk in you can feel the calmness, smell the incense and find that really confutable and safe feeling. Most people come here for many years and it feels like family. And they all bring their families because they know its good and they will be helped in the best way possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a recent trip I started facing tremendous problems with my stomach. For the next 25 days the issue persisted despite the fact that I had gone to my family doctor for help. He had prescribed me some sachet that even after taking 3 a day nothing happened. So I decided to visit Ayurveda Palms. After taking psyllium husk for one day my issue started getting better already and I am on my way to recovery with some additional drops. Thank you Sangita for making me believe there is a solution to my issue. Now the old sachets will be collecting dust.

Out of desperation I reached out to Sangitha for help. I was scheduled for an appointment in 6 weeks time because of the busy schedule. The next day suddenly I received the news that I was able to have an appointment in 1 day. Just before I spoke to Sangitha I started feeling better. After implementing everything she suggested I fully recovered within a few weeks. She is quite literally a life saver and I am deeply grateful.
