Buying from Azalp is a big mistake!!!! Don't do it! I've already been in contact with your customer service many, many times about this issue and it doesn't help. Now I have to get a lawyer to help me resolve this.

It was a custom order but I canceled two days later because the delivery date and process was unclear. They refused to return the money or exchange the product for something else. We hired a lawyer with poor knowledge and was not helpful. They offered 900 euros but I refused hoping to sue them. Anyone interested to join me for a group appeal, let me know. Even with your reply, when the order takes almost a month to deliver and that my custom order was to change the garden house outer cover from 45mm to 95mm, I have to wonder what actual job had been conducted within the 2 days period. I don't think your company had done 3,200 euros of the job. This is not for us to judge but the judge in court to judge. The amount that I need to pay for the court and the fee for the lawyer is about the same as the money that I believe I am entitled to get a refund. So I will take this to court in a form of class action with other people who have similar complaints against Azalp. Those who are dealing with the similar issues or have complaint against Azalp please email me at [email protected] As consumers we cannot let companies like Azalp continue to take advantage of the consumers.

Please just read through some other reviews to get the confirmation. They sent the storage with a broken part and still haven't send the new piece over a month or willing to change the unit. It has been in my house uninstalled waiting from them to do something about it and nothing so far. Stay away from this company. Worst customer service ever!

That set me back quite a bit. I wanted to give it 2 stars, but I didn't want to hurt the company too much. Anyway, make sure you are willing to wait that long before you order from them.

On the website they state a delivery time for a sauna to be 3-6 weeks. We ordered a sauna in mid February, and now 3.5 months later, we have just received the sauna yesterday (which wasn't even delivered into our garden, it was left in a parking lot and we had to carry it piece-by-piece into the garden). We were not given the details of the builders who will build the sauna before today, and now we need to wait 2 more weeks before the sauna will be built (the sauna is waiting in pieces in the garden). In addition to this, we haven't been able to reach the customer service by phone for weeks now + original offer missed an item and had to be adjusted 2 months later the offer was made. I don't know when and how our sauna will be finally ready, but I'd recommend everyone to get their sauna from any another company.
Y	Yoni Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great product, easy to assemble. great simple easy to understand instructions from KETER, indeed i would recommend to have another solid platform to place it on. good value for the money, this PVC is much better option than wood or metal options i've seen - cost or maintenance. get it ! Also, shipment was fast and PostNL will tell you EXACTLY when you should be home with great tracking option.

On a side note, the Keter product is great for my needs as can see in the pics, but the delivery process was perfect and on time using the great PostNL Extra@Home. And all this in the middle of Corona. You got a happy new customer ?
