★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onprofessioneel en onbeschoft, kunnen zeker een cursus klantvriendelijkheid gebruiken. Zijn niet in staat om te willen helpen of door te verwijzen. Ik hoop dat ze zelf in soortgelijke situaties terrecht komen en dat ze ook met zulke onbeschofte en onredelijke mensen te maken krijgen. Geen aanrader.
 Very unprofessional and rude, can certainly use a customer-friendliness course. Are unable to help or refer. I hope that they will find themselves in similar situations and that they will also have to deal with such rude and unreasonable people. Not recommended.
