R	Rüdiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen .Man ist schnell überall ob Supermarkt oder Straßenbahn.Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet mit neuem Induktionsherd .Der Kühlschrank war schon aufgefüllt .Die Gastgeberin Joyce ist supernett und lässt keine Fragen offen.In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Die Dachterrasse haben wir auch viel genutzt . Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Blick aufs Wasser .In der Nähe ist auch ein Badestrand.. Negativ: Bis man in die Wohnung kommt muss man einige Treppen laufen was uns nicht viel gestört hat.Jemand mit Gehproblemen würde ich aber abraten..
A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: L'appartamento è molto bello e comodo, con una grande vista sul mare/lago salato, fornito davvero di tutto, comodissimo per cucinare. Joyce è molto gentile e mette a disposizione latte, uova, formaggio, spremuta fresca, pane e dolcetti per la vostra prima colazione, ma anche vino e qualcosa da sgranocchiare per i vostri aperitivi. Nella dispensa troverete caffè, tisane di ogni tipo, olio, pasta ecc. Viaggio molto e raramente ho trovato le comodità di questo genere. Nel bagno c’e’ tutto quello che potrà servirvi fino alle creme solari! La zona residenziale bella, tranquilla, curata, ci sono comodità di ogni genere en moltissimi ristoranti, molto bene collegata al centro: tram 26 vi porta alla stazione centrale in meno di 15 minuti Grazie Joyce! Torneremo presto!. Negazione: ci sono le scale molto ripide e strette, l'appartamento si trova al terzo e quarto piano, noi lo sapevamo dalla precedenti recensioni e per noi assolutamente non era un problema, tenetelo tuttavia presente se avete qualche problema (bagaglio molto pesante, figli piccoli ecc).
S	Stefanie Herz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Nettes Apartment wo nichts fehlt. Joyce hat uns herzlich empfangen und sogar für Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gesorgt. Ruhige Lage mit Seeblick und bis zur Centraal Station sind es ca 20 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn. Wir kommen gerne wieder. We felt very comfortable. Nice apartment where nothing is missing. Joyce gave us a warm welcome and even put little things in the fridge. Quiet location with a view of the lake and the central station is about 20 minutes by tram. We would love to come back.

Enough rooms, so you can take a tiny timeout from your travelbuddies,after a long day. Everything you need is there ( towel, tea, juice,milk, and things to spread).

Also some chocolates and fruit etc, it really was lovely. Hospitality was great, owners very knowledgable about area and very welcoming!. Negative: A little far from the central.
K	Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Conveniently located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam centre. Easy access to public transport which gets you into town in 20 mins. The apartment itself is very comfortable with lots of little extras. The Apple TV and Bluetooth speaker in particular were very useful. Very modern duplex. The host had a drink with us and was on hand for anything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here to anybody looking for a break in Amsterdam.. Negative: Everything was perfect.

Joyce and Tim are so kindly and help us to carry the heavy luggages from the door to the 4th floor and everything is prepared for us. They are so sweet. The apartment is clean and bright. A market is about 10minutes to walk.And the No.26 tram station is less than 10minutes walk. Many thanks to Joyce and Tim to make this comfortable apartment like a home. Hope to see you in the future..
