Top place, nothing else can say. Great nice bathroom, great breakfast, nice people. Just perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bijna 40 graden, maar airco op de kamer, de Berkel om in te zwemmen en een schaduwrijke tuin én goede verzorging. Wat wil je nog meer.
almost 40 degrees, but air conditioning in the room, the Berkel for swimming and a shady garden and good care. What else do you want.

Mooie ligging, prachtig zicht vanuit de kamer, mooie tuin, flexibele en gezellige ontvangst( met flesje wijn), mooie, ruime kamer/appartementje;-) Vers gemaakt ontbijt gemaakt en gebracht door gastvrouw Bette! En Zutphen is ECHT de moeite waard voor een bezoekje en te shoppen;-) En op 20' rijden van de heerlijke thermen Busloo+ook Deventer is een bezoekje waard!Rustige ligging in een mooi natuurgebied ( de Veluwe)
Beautiful environment! Beautiful location, beautiful view from the room, beautiful garden, flexible and cozy reception (with bottle of wine), beautiful, spacious room / apartment ;-) Freshly made breakfast made and brought by hostess Bette! And Zutphen is REALLY worth a visit and shopping ;-) And a 20 'drive from the wonderful thermal baths Busloo + Deventer is also worth a visit! Quiet location in a beautiful nature reserve (the Veluwe)
