Very friendly people, rich breakfast, and fridge with chilled drinks, lovely terrace with a wide view. Well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Ellen en Marten zijn geweldig gastvrije mensen die alles doen om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Een flink uitgebreid ontbijt, waarbij er meer dan genoeg is voor de lunch, maakt het verblijf compleet!
A wonderful place to stay. Ellen and Marten are wonderfully hospitable people who do everything to make their guests feel at home. A substantial breakfast, with more than enough for lunch, makes the stay complete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben maar een nacht geslapen, wat jammer was. Het is een geweldige omgeving, prachtig om te fietsen en te wandelen. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement is grandioos, over de velden uitkijkend naar die mooie koeien. Wij mochten zelfs in de stal kijken, naar de kalveren en de jonge hondjes. Niet in de melkschuur daar raken de koeien gestrest door. Dus weg blijven daar.
Wij snappen niet, waarom de regering hier een eind aan wil maken. Het typische holandse verdwijnt. Dus allemaal naar Den Haag, zou ik zeggen. Heb ik het nog niet over het ontbijt gehad en ja natuurlijk ontzettend goed, geen croissants, die in elk B&B aangeboden wordt, maar een echt boerenontbijt met veel eigen producten, zoals melk en youhurt. Wij komen zeker terug en dan natuurlijk langer. Huren daar een paar fietsen en dan scheuren wij door het landschap, om de prachtige luchten te bekijken. Zelf wonen wij de in de bossen, dit is voor ons veel anders. Ellen en Martijn, bedankt voor al dat goede, van het boerenleven. Tot ziens

We only slept one night, which was a shame. It is a great environment, wonderful for cycling and walking. The view from the apartment is magnificent, looking out over the fields to those beautiful cows. We were even allowed to look in the stable, at the calves and the young dogs. Not in the milk shed, the cows get stressed. So stay out of there.
We do not understand why the government wants to end this. The typical Dutch language disappears. So everyone to The Hague, I would say. Have I not yet talked about breakfast and yes of course very good, no croissants, which are offered in every B&B, but a real farmer's breakfast with many own products, such as milk and youhurt. We will definitely be back and then of course longer. Rent a few bicycles there and then we race through the landscape to view the beautiful skies. We ourselves live in the woods, this is much different for us. Ellen and Martijn, thank you for all the good things about farming life. Bye
