★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had al twee weken van te voren gereserveerd en is plots 2 dagen voor vertrek geannuleerd. 10 uur 's avonds een mailtje 'of ik de kamer nog wilde' de volgende ochtend 8 uur gereageerd, maar toen was kamer al vergeven. Zeer onprofessioneel.
Had already booked two weeks in advance and was suddenly canceled 2 days before departure. 10 o'clock in the evening an email 'if I still wanted the room' the next morning 8 hours, but then room was already forgiven. Very unprofessional.
