Clean, spacious and well located, in an upscale neighborhood at the foot of the canal! 12 minutes from the train station and 100 meters from the Anne Franck house.
The host is perfect! Helpful, attentive and attentive. I booked direct and everything went very well. Possibility to pay with PayPal.
I recommend this accommodation! The service also includes a generous breakfast (coffee / tea, juice, croissants and freshly baked bread, cheese, jam, butter, ham and fruit). The B&B is an old residence from the 17th century with a lot of character. The area is far from the hordes of tourists, very pleasant with a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars! I invite you to taste the apple pie from Winkel, a cafe in front of the apartment next to the church.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You won’t find better location! The place was built in the 17th century, it feels humbling to experience such part of history. Great room, view and welcoming host. I can’t praise it enough, don’t hesitate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historic building where this bed and breakfast is set up in. Beautiful, comfortable rooms with great, generous breakfast served in the rooms. Host is most charming, friendly and helpful person you will ever meet.
Best thing about this b&b is its location in the trendy, bustling Jordaan neighbourhood.
Had a great time here with my family and definitely recommend if visiting Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great canal-side location. The owner, Francois, is a superb host and a great resource regarding local restaurants and activities. He also brings a huge breakfast to your room each morning. It was very comfortable, and I would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in the basement room with a friend for 4 nights. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The owner of the B&B was very friendly and helpful. He prepared and brought us our breakfast in the mornings at times that was convinient for us. He tidied and made the bed everyday too which was nice. The building is a historic building due to the basement room being an old hidden church. Note that room has a low ceiling so may not be ideal for tall people. There are two other rooms in the B&B, I've only seen pictures and they look nice. The location was close walk to the center of Amsterdam, the train station and the Westergasfabriek venue where we were attending a work event. I would stay there again.
