★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super gast vrij wij sliepen in kamer 3 echt super mooi en netjes en een heerlijk bed. Ontbijt was super ! Lokatie is super loop afstand centrum. Wat was het heerlijk om hier te mogen zijn
Super guest, we slept in room 3 really nice and tidy and a lovely bed. Breakfast was great! Location is super walking distance to the center. How wonderful it was to be here

Kamer, bedden en faciliteiten niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijt degelijk en voldoende.
Centrum en Wildlands op loopafstand.
Als we weer naar Emmen komen boeken we hier zeker weer
Perfect location in Emmen.
Room, beds and facilities nothing to complain about. The breakfast is decent and sufficient.
Center and Wildlands within walking distance.
If we come to Emmen again we will definitely book here again

Het ontvangst is een beetje amateuristisch en het ontbijt helemaal.
De kamer was schoon van alle gemakken voorzien de bedden sliepen prima,maar de herrie van buiten overstemden het slaap genot(de trein,de slagbomen de auto s die door de straat racen en smorgens vroeg al het vrachtverkeer.
Very nice building a bit dark.
The welcome is a bit amateurish and the breakfast all the same.
The room was clean, fully equipped, the beds slept well, but the noise from outside drowned out the sleeping pleasure (the train, the barriers, the cars racing through the street and all the freight traffic early in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prettige B&B, centraal gelegen in het centrum van Emmen. Dicht bij het station en het winkelhart van Emmen. Parkeren op eigen terrein is een groot pluspunt!
Kamers zijn netjes en schoon, voorzien van WiFi en een TV en ieder een eigen badkamer. Koffie/TV aanwezig op de kamer. Ontbijt is in verhouding vrij prijzig, maar geeft je wel de keuze om zelf aantallen broodjes e.d. te kiezen. Dat is natuurlijk ene pluspunt met het oog op milieu en voedselverspilling.
Jammer is dat de isolatie van het pand matig tot slecht is. Dit is zowel te merken aan snel oplopende temperaturen in de kamers als de zon hier op staat en als gasten op de andere verdieping rond lopen is dit goed te horen. Zeker in de vroege ochtend/late avond kan dit erg hinderlijk zijn.
Pleasant B&B, centrally located in the center of Emmen. Close to the station and the shopping center of Emmen. On-site parking is a big plus!
Rooms are neat and clean, equipped with WiFi and a TV and each has its own bathroom. Coffee/TV available in the room. Breakfast is relatively pricey, but does give you the choice to choose numbers of sandwiches, etc. This is of course a plus with regard to the environment and food waste.
It is a pity that the insulation of the building is moderate to poor. This is noticeable both in the rapidly rising temperatures in the rooms when the sun is on it and when guests are walking around on the other floor, this can be heard clearly. This can be very annoying, especially in the early morning / late evening.
