Better quality, wide range, prices comparable to hardware stores. Suddenly you know where to go.

I have been coming to this store for years, private and business. I was always helped properly. I don't know what has changed but the service is poor at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zou deze "ondernemer" er wel zin in hebben? Laatste keer ging het niet van harte. Aan de beste man gevraagd of hij ook bepaalde ijzerwaren had. Antwoord was dat hij het niet had, en ging "vrolijk" weer door met iets anders. Nog een laatste poging: "Heb je ook een alternatief?" Nee hoor.
Jammer van een plaatselijke ondernemer die het moet hebben van de klanten uit de buurt.
Would this "entrepreneur" feel like it? It didn't go very well last time. Asked the best man if he also had certain hardware. The answer was that he didn't have it, and he continued "happily" with something else. One last attempt: "Do you have an alternative?" No, it is not.
Shame about a local entrepreneur who has to rely on the customers from the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijzonder onvriendelijk en vooral onkundig personeel. Eén van de twee winkeliers doet nog een poging tot vriendelijkheid, de ander heeft amper verstand van wat er in zijn winkel ligt en wil je vooral níet helpen. Je moet het zelf allemaal maar uitzoeken. Voor kennis en vakbekwaamheid hoef je hier niet heen, je kunt beter online bestellen.
Very unfriendly and especially incompetent staff. One of the two shopkeepers makes an attempt to be friendly, the other barely understands what is in his shop and does not want to help you. You have to figure it all out yourself. You don't have to go here for knowledge and expertise, it's better to order online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a string / water level or plumb. Its on a string and is used internationally by many tradesmen. This is a tool shop, the middle aged shop keeper who you would assume knew about stuff was not at all helpful. I even took out my note pad and explained it in my best Dutch. He had not idea nor was helpful. No matter what l did, the guy was reluctant to help. I dont think l will be buying any tools from here nor encouraging anyone. Mm
