★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met moeite een afspraak kunnen maken voor een aantal weken later. Helaas werd mijn afspraak twee dagen ervoor per mail afgezegd omdat ze geen tijd hebben. Ook geen nieuw voorstel gehad of richting een oplossing meegedacht. Absoluut niet klantvriendelijk.
 Difficult to make an appointment for a few weeks later. Unfortunately my appointment was canceled two days before by email because they don't have time. Neither had a new proposal or thought of a solution. Definitely not customer friendly.
