It was also Paulina who came up with the idea for Babs Bone Broth!
While I considered opening a café focused on healthy eating, she knew we could make a greater impact by starting at the beginning — with the food I was already focused on. Before starting Babs, I was preparing broths for my clients and friends, giving them away for free because I know how effective this golden liquid is for weight loss, gut problems, illness recovery, and simply for overall wellness and revitalization.
It has also been a part of my family for generations. It’s truly in our blood! My mother was the one who taught me to drink it for health, and her mother taught her. Now I am teaching my daughter, as well as my clients and friends. Still to this day, Paulina and I drink it daily.
Now, years later, after starting out with a small kitchen and hand-printing labels, we are operating out of a state-of-the-art facility with the best equipment to slow-simmer all our wonderful broths.
Babs has grown from a small family business to an incredible team of passionate individuals — who we think of as family! We’re a fully-certified food producer and distributor shipping premium bone broths all over Europe. And we are blessed with an amazing network of farmers and a wonderful community of conscious customers who are changing the industry with us.

I use the collageen (unflavored) beef broth to add to my morning coffee and have noticed positive changes to my energy level. I will continue drinking Babs regularly. Keep up the good work Babs ?
