Het argument was dat ze van afstand niet kan zien of het door een defect of door het verkeerd omgaan met het product kapot is gegaan. Dat begrijp ik, maar dat is het risico van het verkopen van producten via een webshop. Ik ben oprecht niet verkeerd omgegaan met het product en ik vind dat een klant nooit de dupe mag zijn van een defect product. Received the package in the evening.
