★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend. They sell goods that are not in stock. They do not inform about it on the internet site or by e-mail. I would get a package (Bugaboo zonnekap - Dutch brand!!! I live in The Netherlands) faster buying in my own country with shipment to The Netherlands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you buy online its at your own risk. Advise: Don't risk buying in babyplus online to save just a few Euros. Their service is below acceptable.
We bought a Bugaboo bag online and had a fast delivery. However the bag had a broken zipper (and the model was 2016, and not 2018, not indicated on the site). We had to contact them for the return, but they asked to wait two weeks for Bugaboo's service response. By law they should have to deal directly with the problem and accept the return of the faulty delivery... We still hope this gets eventually resolved, but certainly I won't risk it again with such service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the stroller today! I love it. Bugaboo Bee 5 with a comfort wheeled board. I really liked the way Babyplus packed the stroller in the package. Everything had been packed so neat and careful! My son got a gift in the package - a white plush bunny playing "over the rainbow". He loved it and just went to bed with it. Really nice surprise! Babyplus is the most service-minded company I have ever ordered from online. Really helpful employees and fast email response. I got updates all the time about my order. No problem for me to order from Sweden. Fast delivery! I will order again and recommend to everyone. And also - Really good prices! The best I could get!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my fiancee ordered a Bugaboo Donkey Twin stroller from Baby Plus B.V. after searching around for a good price. Very professional and friendly staff, and it was no problem having it delivered to Sweden. Delivery was well within the mentioned time frame, and the packages was delivered to our doorstep within 2 weeks from placing the order. All our expectations were met, and we can highly recommend this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve spent few thousands euros in this store to buy my baby room furniture and kinder wagen from uppababy, they sent me a broken frame that I wanted to use for my baby one month old for the print, and they don’t want to change it. I’ve lost the possibility to have this memory and the customer service told me I have to wait their supplier, they are the store I’ve bought it from and they should help me and than deal with their supplier, I was happy with them but for that I’m deeply disappointed. In the pictures your can see how many things I’ve order and this broken frame I’ve received and their poor response.
