Not happy with way of business. I bought baby trolley and they had damage,nobody didnt help me to swich it more than month,after all my calls and emails.

Very bad service! We ordered something that they promised to deliver next day but they didn't and they didn't even let us know it will come later. Finally a few days later when we called to cancel the delivery they said it is already sent. So we had to receive a product that we didn't need anymore because they delivered it too late and they didn't even want to reimburse us for sending it back. They never reply to emails and hardly pick up the phone.

This is the worst store I found in Netherlands when it comes to service. I bought things worth couple of thousand Euros from them but when it came to Guarantee they are least bothered. I complained about the faulty part of the Baby stroller and they just redirected me to the supplier who is not bothered to react either. If I need to contact their supplier for the Guaranteed then what are they in between for? just to make profit by selling stuff? This is really horrible and unusual in Netherlands.

It's ok to go here for some inspiration. Although it's not really that big like other baby megastores, such as Babypark. I love shopping and I always tend to buy more than needed, however I never bought anything here..simply because there are not really good stuff on sale or priced or promoted in comparison like the other babystores. Also, they claim to have this "laagste prijsgarantie", which basically means the following: if you find a product for less elsewhere, you can get the product at Baby&Tiener for the same price or they will give you back the difference. Well, I found a babyroom for 150 euros cheaper elsewhere and I could not get the difference via their service line, but I had to sent an email with proof and they came back after a month!!! And I even sent reminders. Anyway, their answer was that they could not go along with the price drop from the competitor for whatever reason and offered a prodruct for free (the product cost less and also not even offered a gift card with the same amount). So this shop, in my opinion, cannot claim this so called "laagste prijsgarantie" as they don't life up to it.

Ordered on 3-6-2019 two items via the webshop of the baby & tiener store. Didn't go to the real shop, so this review is about the webshop. There following items went wrong: 1) it looks like when you order something, that products are in stock, which is not the case. 2) no information provided about delivery or expected delivery of ordered goods 3) long waiting times customer service hotline. The hotline is rather cold. 4) bad communication (1): 11-6 I received a message that the items I ordered weren't in stock, more than 1 week after placing the order. 5) bad communication (2): I asked if baby&tiener could send my order abroad, within the EU. This wasn't possible (baby & tiener just didn't want to comply), then I asked them to send the package to another address within the Netherlands, to which they agreed. Then they send me a tracking number with the old (wrong) address. So, now, almost 4 weeks after placing my order, I haven't received anything, but two shipment confirmations, with the wrong address. Today I cancelled the whole thing and asked my money back.

12.07 capelle....2 stars -becouse of the cashier's friendliness. I asked the seller if we can speak english ,his answer yes i speak a little bit. I said: if there is a problem I will try to speak Dutch. I asked about the seat if it is blue indicating parts of the belts. he said ,no we dont have it. I asked if I could try on the car seat because I don't know if it will fit. the seller answered no, he went to make sure by asking a colleague and just neglecting to deal with another person who had just entered the store. I do not recommend servicing this store. And about seat blue one , i saw in the box for 100% the same model. In this shop sellers are not open for help, they are not interesting to ask what im lookinf for ,there is no edvice. Nothing big 0. I read instrucion to find answers for my questions,no body was interesting. Only cashier after my question if the seat doesnt fit can i give it back he said no i can try now.i said really? No more shoping there !!!!!

Please save your money and order/buy your stuff somewhere else. Waiting for 2 weeks for delivery of 1 baby chair is a bit too long. I have asked to cancel my order as in the mean time we bought it somewhere else (next day delivery). No reply from the CS and they delivered the chair anyway. That is annoying as return cost supposed to be paid customer.

DO NOT ORDER A BABY ROOM FROM THIS PLACE. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced... We saw a lovely baby room in the store complete with wardrobe, baby cot, and draws etc. We ordered and payed €600 for it 02/01/19 and were promised it would be delivered β€œby the end of January”. Happy that a big part of our baby-prep had been taken care of, we spent the next few weeks clearing out the baby room ready for the delivery. 01/02/19 after hearing nothing my wife called their customer service line. They told her the bedroom would now be delivered by the end of March - TWO MONTHS LATER THAN PROMISED. After explaining that our baby is due in April and that we weren’t comfortable with it arriving so late, they simply said β€œthere’s nothing we can do” and told us to call the store, after doing so the store told us to call the customer service department back - We spent over half an hour calling these people! We drove back to the store today to get our money back. The lady in the store treated us like dirt. We were told to sit and wait,, and were left waiting for 20 minutes, because someone was on their break!! Eventually she came over looked at our receipt and then demanded further proof of payment suggesting we hadn’t even paid for it.... After showing an online bank statement they agreed to refund the money - The money they have held for over a month, which will take 5 working days to be returned to us. We now have to look elsewhere for a new baby room. This whole experience with lies, broken promises, and extremely poor service has caused my pregnant wife so much stress. It’s a complete joke that you sell products that are not even available - and your useless customer service is an even bigger joke.
