M	Marijke Pie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke winkel. Alleen vind ik het niet fijn dat er verkeerd geïnformeerd is over de autostoel Joie. Gelukkig netjes afgehandeld en een nieuwe mogen uitzoeken. De bijbehorende base moesten we echter via marktplaats verkopen ipv dat ze 'em terugnamen. Nice shop. Only I don't like that there is misinformed about the car seat Joie. Fortunately, neatly handled and got to pick a new one. However, we had to sell the corresponding base through the marketplace instead of them taking it back.

Gelukkig kregen wij afgelopen zomer bij Babydump in Hellendoorn alle informatie die we nodig hadden voor het bestellen van een prachtige kinderwagen en autozitje. Helaas kregen wij laatst te horen dat de kleur van ons autozitje dit jaar niet meer te leveren is. Met mail en telefoon contact, werden we binnen no-time voorzien van het autozitje in een andere kleur. Babydump is niet alleen klantvriendelijk maar leverd ook goede en snelle service! Wij zijn blij en mogen nu in alle rust, eind deze maand, ons kindje ontvangen. Babydump, bedankt! Because we are expecting our first child soon, everything was new to us. Fortunately, last summer at Babydump in Hellendoorn we received all the information we needed to order a beautiful pram and car seat. Unfortunately, we were recently told that the color of our car seat is no longer available this year. With e-mail and telephone contact, we were provided with the car seat in a different color in no time. Babydump is not only customer-friendly but also provides good and fast service! We are happy and can now receive our baby in peace, at the end of this month. Baby dump, thank you!

A lot of knowledge of products and with questions after a purchase we received great service. Good prices and a very nice assortment. Something for everyone.

K	Kaneesha Visscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrij op tijd de meubels besteld ivm leveringsproblemen in de wereld vanwege Corona. Uiteindelijk meer dan op tijd alle meubels ontvangen. Helaas bleek de box een fabrieksfout te hebben. Gelukkig werd deze kosteloos geruild en mochten we de foutieve box zo aanpassen dat we hem wel veilig konden gebruiken mocht de baby eerder komen dan het nieuwe meubel stuk! Fijne service. Ordered the furniture fairly in time due to delivery problems in the world because of Corona. Finally received all the furniture more than on time. Unfortunately, the box turned out to have a manufacturing defect. Fortunately, it was exchanged free of charge and we were allowed to adjust the incorrect box so that we could use it safely if the baby comes before the new piece of furniture! Nice service.

They offer me internet order and since I saw all this comments here I asked what time for sure I’ll got my order . They told me that they fixed the problem and that I’ll get it fast. And I did :) After 2 days car seat came and I’m super satisfied with costumer service and product itself.
