β β β β β Ik heb 2 bestellingen op 2 verschillende adressen geplaatst en heb ze beide niet ontvangen. Toen ik mailde, dat ik mijn geld terug wil, was ik volgens hen te laat, omdat ze niet meer kunnnen nagaan of ik de bestelling wel of niet heb ontvangen. Oplichters!
 I placed 2 orders at 2 different addresses and did not receive them both. When I emailed that I want my money back, they said I was late, because they can no longer check whether I have received the order or not. Scammers!

β β β β β Na veel slechte recensies te hebben gelezen twijfelde ik of ik hier wel zou bestellen. Wat ben ik blij dat ik dat toch gedaan heb! Ik heb een aantal dingen uit de Nijntje collectie besteld waar je in andere winkels een godsvermogen voor betaald... nu voor een aantrekkelijk prijsje, goed verpakt en snel binnen. Kortom ik ben meer dan tevreden en zal ook snel weer een nieuwe bestelling plaatsen!
After reading many bad reviews, I doubted if I would order here. I am so glad that I did! I have ordered a number of things from the Miffy collection that you pay a fortune for in other stores ... now for an attractive price, well packaged and quickly delivered. In short, I am more than satisfied and will also place a new order soon!

β β β β β Buggy besteld, 4 werkdagen later (met WE ertussen) ontvangen (BE). Toestel had twee (veiligheids)gebreken. Retour terug bezorgd via courrier (gratis opgehaald). Andere buggy ontvangen, maar opnieuw met eenzelfde (veiligheids)gebrek.
Babysupershop mag dan wel "de laagste prijs" promoten, wij kunnen enkel aan negatieve mond-aan-mond reclame doen voor "de laagste kwaliteit". Geen woorden of tijd verder aan verspillen.
Behoorlijk ontevreden & ongelukkige klant.
Buggy ordered, 4 working days later (with WE in between) received (BE). Device had two (safety) defects. Return delivered via courrier (picked up for free). Another buggy received, but again with the same (safety) defect.
Babysupershop may promote "the lowest price", we can only advertise "the lowest quality" in negative word of mouth. No more words or time to waste.
Pretty unsatisfied & unhappy customer.

β β β β β Woensdag een bestelling gehad. Fiets voor mijn kind als verjaardagscadeau. Komt het beschadigt aan helemaal onder stof! gebeld, moest ik appe. Nou volgende dag opgehaald want er werd beloofd, vrijdag een nieuwe op te sturen. Dan gaan we er van uit dat het dus gecontroleerd is. Vrijdag in afwachting, dood leuk nog een mailtje dat het pakket verzonden is. Aansluitend nog een mail, MET SORRY ALLE FIETSEN BESCHADIGT DUS JE KRIJGT NIKS. SCHANDALIG MENSEN BESTEL HIER NIETS!
Had an order on Wednesday. Bicycle for my child as a birthday gift. Will it be damaged completely under dust! I had to call appe. Well picked up next day because it was promised to send a new one on Friday. Then we assume that it has been checked. Friday while waiting, kill another nice email that the package has been sent. Then another email, WITH SORRY ALL BICYCLES DAMAGES YOU GET NIKS. Scandalous PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER HERE!

β β β β β Terrible customer service. They don't care about customer satisfaction. The ordered package was lost, and they wouldn't care about resending it until the delivery service finds it.

β β β β β Cheap quality. You buy with discount, actually that's what it worths. All clothing smell like chemicals. We Don t mind too much because was not expensive (after discount). Just need to wash few times before use. Anyway slight disappointed because we wanted the best quality for our baby. If the "original price" was paid I would have send back for sure.

Ordered a bed and paid for it (it was in stock) and then got an email that it is out of stock.
2 weeks later I still did not receive my money back, now Iβm 90β¬ in minus and have to chance it down. No apologies or anything, just snappy massages.
Heard similar stories from friends. Would not recommend
