★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have quality coffee and have some quality relax time amidst the shopping complex, then this is the place. Prices are reasonable. Staff are helpful and well behaved. Would love to visit again. Would recommend others too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had my first experience here. And happy to say it was a great one. On the tables there where chocolate beans which i totally love . The staff is super friendly. They helped me to choose a good first bagel.
I love to go again. Also for a healthy shake it's a great place. So everyone let's go to Bagels and Beans @Hoofddorp
Here is my mix shake with all the fruits super delicious and my chicken mango chutney bagel ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ drinks took longer than the bagels, we were not provided with cutlery or napkins and got different treatment than the family next to us, but the drinks and bagels themselves were pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. After we arrived with my pregnant girlfriend I had to wait 10 minutes after the 4! girls finished with the chitchat. I ordered 2 teas and we got one. After I told them this is a shame and customer service is very bad one of the girls talked back and gave me the attitude. If I would run this place I would get rid of the whole team and find people who care about every customer. Nobody asked if we want to eat something so at the end they made 4 eur instead of 30 on this table.
