L	Linda Pluijmakers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zowel vorig jaar als dit jaar braaf vrij genomen en dan thuis een dagdeel wachten op de schoorsteenveger om dan vervolgens tijdens het wachten afgebeld te worden. De derde keer een familielid opgetrommeld. Hij heeft ruim 4 uur voor niets op Baggerman gewacht (we moesten van 8 tot 12 uur beschikbaar zijn) en uiteindelijk was men vergeten de afspraak te noteren. De baas zelf zou ons terugbellen (met excuus?), dat is nooit gebeurd. Both last year and this year were taken well and then wait half a day at home for the chimney sweep and then be called off while waiting. The third time a family member was summoned. He waited for Baggerman for more than 4 hours (we had to be available from 8 am to 12 pm) and eventually they forgot to write down the appointment. The boss himself would call us back (with an excuse?), That never happened.

Once the chimney was cleaned the gentleman could not fix the dampner I was told the boss would call me the next day to assist. After several days I called and after explaining the story again I was given an appointment for the following week. One day before the appointment I was called by the secretary to schedule a new appointment for the following week. I told the secretary to tell the boss that I am not available next week and that he should just come to my house for 5 minutes today or tomorrow. She told me she would not relay that message and that I am not the boss. Maybe in my country I am the boss but not here, she said. I thought that was quite rude to speak to a customer and I told her forget it and I called another company. There are many.
