β β β β β Op zaterdagochtend heb ik een online bezorgbestelling gedaan voor 14 belegde broodjes. We hadden hulp van aantal mensen bij een klus en wilden een goede lunch tussen de middag ontvangen. Telefoonnummer ingevoerd en β¬ 70,00 betaald. Niet echt goedkoop maar gemak mag wat kosten. Toen er niets kwam maar eens gebeld. Reactie: ja we bezorgen niet op zaterdag en de bestelling wordt dan automatisch doorgezet naar maandag! Plus: Ja we hebben het al eens gemeld dat onze website bestelling aangepast zou moeten worden., wij kunnen hier ook niets aan doen. Ja, ja β¦Alsof een bestelling voor een bruidstaart door een bakker ook automatisch doorgeleid kan worden naar een dag later. Wel geregeld dat de broodjes snel gemaakt werden en ze dan maar zelf opgehaald.
Die website geeft wel aan als er bepaalde broodjes of opties in sauzen niet leverbaar zijn maar geen blokkering van de bestel mogelijkheid op zaterdag of melding hierover. Dit is bizar slecht in deze moderne online tijden en het is onacceptabel en totaal niet klantgericht dat er ook niet over gebeld wordt. Bakker Bart bakt ze wel erg bruin.
 On Saturday morning I placed an online delivery order for 14 sandwiches. We had help from a number of people with a job and wanted to receive a good lunch at noon. Phone number entered and paid ⬠70.00. Not exactly cheap, but convenience may cost a bit. When nothing came but once called. Response: yes, we do not deliver on Saturdays and the order will then automatically be transferred to Monday! Plus: Yes, we have already reported that our website order should be adjusted, we cannot do anything about this either. Yes, yes⦠As if an order for a wedding cake by a baker can also be automatically forwarded to a day later. We did arrange that the sandwiches were made quickly and then picked them up ourselves.
That website does indicate if certain sandwiches or options in sauces are not available, but no blocking of the order option on Saturday or notification about this. This is insanely bad in these modern online times and it is unacceptable and totally un customizable that no calls are made. Bakker Bart bakes them very brown.

β β β β β Vriendelijk personeel, goede belegde broodjes en andere lekkernijen! De verse jus d'orange is daar trouwens heerlijk! Ik haal er ook mijn vers brood vandaan.
Friendly staff, good sandwiches and other delicacies! The fresh orange juice is also delicious there! I also get my fresh bread from it.

β β β β β Nice bakery products. But delivery is not really satisfying. They were a bit late and inside were a few wrong products, same prised but just some more simple types (more sold), lekker makelijk, I guess.
