Het enige wat regelmatig niet klopt is het nummerbord met de nummerkaartjes die je moet trekken om je beurt aan te geven. Fine bakery with good quality bread, pastries and treats. Totdat je een keer de kans krijgt het verschil te proeven. Dát heb ik dus onlangs meegemaakt. Toen ik op visite was kreeg ik bij de koffie een lekker stuk gevulde speculaas.( Nu was het zó, dat ik de dag ervoor thuis ook al een stuk gevulde speculaas had gekocht bij de supermarkt en er heerlijk van gesnoept had). Maar bij de eerste hap die ik nam gingen al mijn smaakpapillen in hoera stemming over!!! " Wat een heerlijke gevulde speculaas heb jij gekocht " riep ik uit. Natuurlijk wilde ik weten waar die vandaan kwam. En je raadt het al. BANKETBAKKERIJ BLIEK gevestigd in het Winkelcentrum Dauwendaele. Ik heb toen gelijk bij Banketbakkerij Bliek voor mij zelf ook gekocht, en nogmaals vergeleken met de gevulde speculaas die ik thuis nog had. En dan zie je, en proef je pas het verschil. De één is véél rijker gevuld met amandelspijs dan de ander. Qua omvang lijkt het op het eerste gezicht zo in de verpakking ongeveer hetzelfde. Maar het oog bedriegt. Want als je gaat kijken op het Netto gewicht, dan zie je dat je bij Bliek méér gevulde speculaas hebt. Wat is nu mijn conclusie? Dat je bij Banketbakkerij Bliek méér waar, en betere kwaliteit krijgt voor je geld. Ik hoef zeker niet te vertellen dat de volgende keer ik in de supermarkt ben en de gevulde speculaas naar mij roept : " koop mij,. .koop mij" dat ik hard doorloop naar Banketbakkerij Bliek en het daar ga halen. But with the first bite I took all my taste buds went over in a hurray !!! "What a delicious filled speculaas you have bought" I exclaimed. Of course I wanted to know where it came from. And you guessed it. BANQUETBAKERIJ BLIEK located in the Dauwendaele shopping center. I immediately bought myself at Pastry Bakery Bliek, and compared it again with the filled speculaas I still had at home. And then you see and taste the difference. One is much richer filled with almond paste than the other. In terms of size, it looks about the same in the packaging at first glance. But the eye is deceiving. Because if you look at the net weight, you will see that you have more filled speculaas at Bliek. What is my conclusion now? That you get more value and better quality for your money at Confectionery Bliek. I certainly do not need to say that the next time I am in the supermarket and the filled speculaas calls out to me: "buy me,. Buy me" that I will run to Bliek Pastry Shop and get it there.
