★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pflanzen waren schlecht verpackt und total kaputt bei Lieferung. Laut telefonischer Auskunft wäre dies normal. Ich sollte ein paar Tage warten, dann sehen die wieder gut aus. Nach ca. 2 Wochen sahen die Pflanzen immer noch schlecht aus. Ich habe mich dann schriftlich beim Kundenservice beschwert. Hierauf habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Bakker.com kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen.
 Plants were badly packaged and totally broken on delivery. According to the information on the phone, this would be normal. I should wait a few days and they'll look good again. After about 2 weeks the plants still looked bad. I then complained in writing to customer service. I have not received an answer to this. I cannot recommend Bakker.com to anyone.
