★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaringen hier, met name m.b.t. de service. Mijn eerste bezoek hier als zeer onprettig ervaren, toch een 2e kans willen geven. Helaas was 2e bezoek nog minder plezierig. Service is hier ver te zoeken. Ik kom hier dan ook niet meer terug, en zal deze zaak in mijn gehele omgeving afraden.
 Very bad experiences here especially regarding service. My first visit here experienced as very unpleasant, but still want to give a 2nd chance. Unfortunately 2nd visit was even less enjoyable. Service is hard to find here. I will not return here, and will advise against this matter in my entire environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought in a pair of heeled leather booties to be resoled as they clicked too much and slipped often. Felt kinda ripped off when he charged me €45 - but I thought it had to do with the rush order (needed them on the same day). When I returned, he told me that he saw me walk in with too much lean on the outsides of my feet, which might lead to me twisting my ankles and has thus made some unasked for adjustments on my soles (1,5 layers on the outside with 1 layer on the inside) and it should correct the shoe. If it was comfortable, he could do this for my other shoes. Guess what? They are now the most comfortable heels I have. I can run, dance and do full day standing meetings in them. In rain or shine (even during icy situations) they have kept me stable. This cobbler is not just a cobbler...he's a shoe genius!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a copy of my bike key here, after a few weeks it suddenly broke (cleanly) in half with normal use. Obviously the metal was weaker than normal or part of a bad production batch. However this shouldn't be my problem, went back but no replacement or refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new in Groningen. The location is great since I live nearby, but also close to the center, easy access by bike. People in this shop are always friendly and effective. Very pleasant experience. The shoe services are top level. Once I also had to send a parcel, since it's a DHL point too, and I didn't know how this works, and they kindly explained and had the tape to stick the label to the parcel too (also they speak English, for those who don't speak Dutch yet). Recommended!
