Still has the real orange cookies with cream instead of whipped cream. Extensive range with really old Frisian cakes etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een erg goede bakker. Deze was een eeuw terug eerst bij de Sint Pieter kerk. Heerlijke Friese duimpjes en Suiker latten.
A very good bakery. This was first a century ago at the Sint Pieter church. Delicious Frisian thumbs and Sugar slats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas! Dooptaart besteld, duidelijk aangegeven dat deze vierkant moest zijn met een tekst boven de foto en een andere tekst daaronder. Tot mijn grote verbazing van de taart niet vierkant, maar rond en was de tekst in zijn geheel onderaan geplaatst. Jammer als je zo'n taart besteld voor zo'n bijzonder moment en het is dan heel anders dan wat je verwacht. Zonde.
Unfortunately! Ordered baptism cake, clearly indicated that it had to be square with a text above the photo and another text below it. To my great surprise the cake was not square, but round and the text was placed in its entirety at the bottom. Too bad if you order such a cake for such a special moment and it is very different from what you expect. Sin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UItstekende bakker. Heerlijk brood en waanzinnig lekkere zoetwaren uit de streek. Suikerbrood is fenomenaal.
Excellent bakery. Delicious bread and incredibly tasty confectionery from the region. Sugarloaf is phenomenal.
