β β β β β Dit is met recht een HEEEEEELE GROTE SCHANDE!! De medewerkster was helemaal alleen. En dat op de woensdag terwijl er markt is. Toen ik aankwam om 2 kopjes koffie te halen stond er een rij van zo,n 20 meter. Ik dacht okΓ©, ik heb de tijd. Uiteindelijk was ik na zo,n 20 a 25 minuten wachten aan de beurt en vroeg ik om een bekertje thee en een cappuccino. Er scheen iets niet in orde te zijn met het koffieapparaat. Er was geen thee beschikbaar, ik zei doe dan maar een gewone koffie. Medewerkster was ontzettend zenuwachtig en stond zelfs te bibberen. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik 2 bekertjes waar iets van 2 cm aan koffie inzat. Ik zei dit noem ik geen koffie. Ja het apparaat geeft aan dat het klopt. Het is SCHANDALIGGGGGG. Zoek een andere baan als je zo met je klanten omgaat. Wanneer het zo druk is moet medewerkster zeggen ik heb geen tijd voor koffie en thee. Lekker geld verdienen door een bekertje koffie te schenken van zo'n 2 cm. SCHANDALIGGGGGGGGGGG
This is truly a GREAT SHAME !! The employee was all alone. And that on Wednesdays while there is a market. When I arrived to get 2 cups of coffee there was a line of about 20 meters. I thought okay, I have the time. Finally, after waiting 20 to 25 minutes, it was my turn and I asked for a cup of tea and a cappuccino. There seemed to be something wrong with the coffee machine. There was no tea available, I said just have a regular coffee. The employee was very nervous and was even shivering. In the end I got 2 cups that contained about 2 cm of coffee. I said I don't call this coffee. Yes the device indicates that it is correct. It's OUTSTANDINGGGGGG. Find another job if you treat your customers like that. When it is so busy, the employee has to say I have no time for coffee and tea. Earn good money by serving a cup of coffee of about 2 cm. SCANDALIGGGGGGGGGGG

β β β β β Ik durf me vanaf vandaag niet meer te tonen in de bakker. Ik ben fout geweest dus dan ga ik voortaan maar ergens anders wat drinken.

β β β β β Zaterdag 2 mokka gebak gehaald, had visite. Thuis aangekomen stond ik zo voor schut. 1 gebak was verrot, niet zuur maar gewoon verrot. Normaal kun je een gebak een paar dagen in koeling houden dus moet deze wel erg oud zijn geweest of lang buiten gestaan. Was erg warm die dag. Had dit 2 jaar geleden ook. Ben jaren niet geweest. Probeerde nu weer en weer mis. Heel jammer. Advies: Gooi oude gebak gewoon weg, dat ruik je ook bij het inpakken.
Got 2 mocha cakes on Saturday, had visitors. When I got home I was so embarrassed. 1 pastry was rotten, not sour but just rotten. Normally you can keep a pastry in the fridge for a few days, so it must have been very old or stood outside for a long time. Was very hot that day. Had this 2 years ago too. Haven't been for years. Now tried again and again wrong. Very sorry. Advice: Just throw away old pastries, you can also smell that when packing.

β β β β β Wat een klantonvriendelijke praktijken! Gisteren met mijn dochter gaan lunchen bij de deze bakker. Bij het afrekenen zeer onaangenaam verrast! Een broodje besteld a 7,50 incl pistolet, er werd een toeslag erbovenop berekend van 75 ct. !Dit staat niet vermeld op de menukaart! een saucijzenbroodje los kost normaal 1,50. Ik begrijp heus dat het misschien iets duurder is als mijn dochter het aan tafel nuttigt maar 3,26 is wel erg gortig! In een andere luxere lunchroom was ik goedkoper uit geweest. Aan het personeel ligt het niet maar het ligt wel aan dhr. Bosman zelf! Hij wilt liever zijn klanten oplichten dan behouden!!! Ik kom hier NOOIT meer zowel voor brood of lunch!!!
What a customer-unfriendly practice! Went for lunch yesterday with my daughter at this bakery. Very unpleasantly surprised at checkout! Ordered a sandwich for 7.50 including pistolet, there was a surcharge calculated on top of 75 cents! This is not mentioned on the menu! a sausage roll loose normally costs 1.50. I do understand that it may be slightly more expensive if my daughter eats it at the table, but 3.26 is very much! I would have been cheaper in another more luxurious lunchroom. It's not the staff, but it's Mr. Bossman himself! He would rather scam his customers than keep them!!! I will NEVER come here again either for bread or lunch!!!

β β β β β I feel shame at this place. I believe that they are selecting the people in terms of nationality. I sat with my kid to have coffee and some snack after 5 min later they came and say we are closing and ask leaving the store even other people are still sitting there. I have been living for 8 years and I have never experienced this kind of experience. I am saying the owner of the storeβ¦Shame on you!!
