β β β β β Lovely family bakery with great variety of bread, pastry and desserts. You can either buy something for takeaway or stay there (they have a couple of tables inside) and enjoy tea with baklava and other oriental sweets.

β β β β β Normally I order my kids birthday cake from this shop.
But last time I was disappointed. I place an order for my daughter's 2nd birthday and I arrived in the shop to collect the cake on specified date and time.
Surprisingly I was asked to wait 10 minute and then I saw one of the staff pull out a piece of cake and hastily decorated it within 10 minute.
This shows their negligence and at the end I was not happy with the result even they spell my daughter name wrongly on the cake.
And also the decoration was not as per their cake catlogue which they show prior ordering.
Honestly not good with cake service.
I will not recommend it to order birthday cakes from this shop.
Rest on the counter food items are good but not worth the price. It's expensive

β β β β β Nice big bakery with all types of Moroccan and Dutch sweet breads, cakes, etc. Lots of choice and not expensive. They are close to the train station an definitely a good option to buy your travel snacks.

β β β β β Tasty bread products: try the original harsha or the healthy and extra tasty alternatives with seeds. The sweets are also good; the affordable prices make this a great bakery for take-home shoppers. The service is multilingual: Dutch, English, French and probably more.

β β β β β This time the young salesperson was very friendly. I've had a different experience altogether a couple of years ago where another guy, in his thirties, was plain rude rude to me.
Anyway, the prices are fair. The bread was very tasty, however I also bought patisserie, Moroccan almond cookies, and they were stale, basically inedible. At about β¬ 20 a kg that sure was a waste of money.
Not the guy's fault, but the bakery shouldn't rip of people like that.
3 star because of the friendliness and the good bread.
Otherwise do not buy any cookies here!
