★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'kleurloze' taart besteld om het geslacht van onze baby bekend te maken. Taart zouden we zelf verder versieren daar het geslacht nog onbekend was. Toen een taart met roze vulling gekregen met de opmerking erbij " zo maken wij de taarten altijd". Gelukkig hebben er wel een meisje gekregen maar wat een knullige fout en een rotopmerking na!
 ordered 'colorless' cake to reveal the sex of our baby. We would decorate the cake ourselves as the gender was still unknown. Then got a cake with pink filling with the comment "we always make the cakes". Fortunately, there were a girl, but what a clumsy mistake and a rotten remark!

Het allerlekkerste vind ik "De Oude Taart". Fantastisch. Heel heel veel weg van een Haagse Kakker, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken.
Het brood is heerlijk en de mergpijpjes zijn fantastisch!
Heel fijn om deze bakker in ons dorp te hebben :-)
Delicious bakery!
I think "De Oude Taart" is the most delicious. Fantastic. Very much like a Haagse Kakker, but that should not spoil the fun.
The bread is delicious and the marrow pipes are fantastic!
Very nice to have this baker in our village :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spullen zin goed maar als je zaterdag na half twaalf komt zijn er heel veel producten al op en dan heb je nog de hele middag
stuff makes sense, but if you arrive after half past eleven on Saturday, a lot of products have already been used and then you still have the whole afternoon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een echte aanrader! Ik ben deze bakker toevallig tegengekomen na een wandeling op het strand in Hoek van Holland. De slagroompunten zijn kakelvers en de snacks zijn totaal niet vet. En de gevulde koeken smaken subliem! Het is een flink autotochtje, maar deze bakker maakt een tochtje naar de Hoekse stranden compleet.
Highly recommended! I happened upon this bakery after a walk on the beach in Hoek van Holland. The whipped cream points are fresh and the snacks are not greasy at all. And the filled cakes taste sublime! It is quite a car trip, but this bakery completes a trip to the Hoekse beaches.
