β β β β β Een zeer goede bio winkel met goede producten. Hij zit er ook al heel lang. Wel jammer dat het nogal een zweef-karakter heeft, dat zit natuurlijk in de naam, maar ook in hun entree en etalage. Daar zouden ze wat aan kunnen doen om te toegankelijker te maken wat mij betreft, en vandaar ook vier sterren in plaats van vijf.
A very good organic store with good products. He has also been there for a long time. It is a pity that it has quite a floating character, that is of course in the name, but also in their entrance and shop window. They could do something about that to make it more accessible as far as I am concerned, and hence four stars instead of five.

β β β β β Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Goed assortiment bioproducten, onder andere heerlijk brood. Bestellingen komen punctueel, levering op donderdag. Veel soorten honing, granen en fijne zeep.
Twee maanden later: Ik ken in Eindhoven geen zaak die beter brood verkoopt, zelfs Broodt niet. Balance is nu mijn favoriete Biowinkel in Eindhoven.
Very friendly service. Good range of organic products, including delicious bread. Orders arrive punctually, delivery on Thursday. Many types of honey, grains and fine soap.
Two months later: I don't know a business in Eindhoven that sells better bread, not even Broodt. Balance is now my favorite Organic store in Eindhoven.
