★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been following Carrie (owner) for almost a year and have exclusively gone to Balanced Bodyworks since she has opened it. I’ve only ever had great experiences with her. The environment is relaxing, staff are accommodating and I always get the massage I need. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very thorough massage by Carrie and she was able to provide me with some alternatives to Massage Therapy for a few other issues that I was having. I appreciate the honesty to refer me to a chiropractor instead of trying to grab more money and that alone to me shows she cares about me and not just herself. I had a deep tissue massage and it was very intense but definitely needed. I will be going back again in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved my massage by Carrie. Having had issues with my shoulder for a while now, and having seen several therapists and experts, I was a bit worried I was going to have to learn to live with the pain. But Carrie treated me in such a way that I immediately felt more relaxed. The tension in my shoulder was a lot less and after a few sessions I could finally use my right arm more properly again. If you have any medical issues like me, I'd definitely recommend seeing Carrie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carrie is an absolute delight. She balances professionalm and friendliness so well... and she really helped me out with a debilitating neck pain - twice! She kindly explained the treatment and potential issues and gave me advice about preventing it in the future. The space was super clean and smelled great. I relaxed as soon as I walked in. And left feeling completely fresh. Would totally recommend!

Her wide knowledge of different massage styles means she always knows exactly what my body needs and I come away feeling open, released, centered and strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I had my first massage at Equilibrium Balanced Bodyworks, which I found through Treatwell, and I was not disappointed. It's a big, open, beautiful space that makes you feel instantly relaxed the minute you walk through the door. Silvia gave me a therapeutic massage and I would highly recommend her. She was highly skilled, really tentative and super friendly - we even had a nice chat over a herbal tea afterwards. I will definitely be returning for my next massage!
