★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik klopte bij Balanced Life aan met het verzoek om af te vallen, over te schakelen naar vegetarisch eten en fysiek weer in shape komen.
Samen met Thea heb ik doelen opgesteld. Daaruit heeft Thea een voedings- en leefstijladvies opgesteld die helemaal op mij persoonlijk waren afgestemd. Ondanks dat ik het traject m.n. in het begin best pittig vond mogen de resultaten er zijn! Alle doelen in 6 maanden behaald!
I approached Balanced Life with the request to lose weight, switch to vegetarian food and get back into shape.
I set goals together with Thea. From this Thea drew up a diet and lifestyle advice that was completely tailored to me personally. Despite the fact that I found the process quite challenging in the beginning, the results are impressive! All goals achieved in 6 months!
