★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben zeer tevreden over de pidjit massage die ik deze week van Bianca Dekker bij Balansz in Den Haag kreeg. Kan deze massage (een Indonesische massagevorm) dus zeker aanraden. Kan me een gelijksoortige massage slechts herinneren vanuit mijn bezoek aan Indonesië in 1995. Kortom....aanrader!!!
 I am very satisfied with the pidjit massage I received this week from Bianca Dekker at Balansz in The Hague. Can definitely recommend this massage (an Indonesian massage form). Can only remember a similar massage from my visit to Indonesia in 1995. In short .... recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb verschillende yogascholen in Den Haag geprobeerd en een betere dan Balanzs heb ik niet gevonden. Er is uitgebreide keus in verschillende yogastijlen en ook meerdere yogaleraren die stuk voor stuk professioneel zijn en ieder met een eigen manier van lesgeven. De locaties zijn verzorgd en heel schoon. Een voordeel is ook dat de rittenkaarten voor alle locaties geldig zijn, dus ook voor de yogascholen in Rotterdam.
I have tried different yoga schools in The Hague and I have not found a better one than Balanzs. There is an extensive choice in different yoga styles and also several yoga teachers who are all professional and each with their own way of teaching. The locations are well kept and very clean. Another advantage is that the ride tickets are valid for all locations, so also for the yoga schools in Rotterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zsoka is an incredible instructor. Knowledgable and playful. She encourages me to push myself and not worry about what my poses look like. Bananzs is a beautiful studio with a warm and welcoming community. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.
