★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levertijd klopt niet. Na veel te lang wachten op het artikel, gebeld met de klantenservice om het artikel te annuleren. Volgens hen was het artikel al in verzending waardoor het niet geannuleerd kon worden. Na checken bij de leverancier van het rolgordijn was het artikel nog niet in verzending en kon het artikel alsnog worden geannuleerd.
Slechte communicatie, oneerlijke en incomplete informatieverstrekking.

After checking with the roller blind supplier, the item was not yet in shipment and the item could still be canceled.
