β β β β β Ik had een probleem met mijn pannen en dit werd ontzettend goed en netjes opgelost! Serieus goede klantenservice, dit kom je niet vaak meer tegen! Ben er echt heel happy mee. De pannen zijn trouwens verder ook prima en koken top!.
 I had a problem with my pans and this was solved very well and neatly! Seriously good customer service, you don't see this often anymore! I am really happy with it. The pans are also fine and cook top!

β β β β β Twee pannen besteld. Ik heb per ongeluk de verkeerde bestelling ontvangen en een andere klant had mijn bestelling ontvangen. Hierover heb ik gemaild. Snel reactie gehad: ik mag de verkeerde pannen houden als compensatie en de bestelde pannen worden alsnog gestuurd. Erg tevreden over de oplossing. Daarnaast: erg goede kwaliteit pannen.
Ordered two pans. I accidentally received the wrong order and another customer had received my order. I emailed about this. Had a quick response: I can keep the wrong pans as compensation and the ordered pans will still be sent. Very satisfied with the solution. In addition: very good quality pans.

β β β β β I bought pastamachine set from this company. (Pastamachinenu- Ballarini-pannen.nl is the same company with it.) This pastamachine set had defective part which is reginetti part. The company paid me 35 euro for it. For this I waited almost 1 month. I did not return whole set.
Now there is a problem with pastabike and I used it first time. There are some plastic parts which broken from the wheels. There is warranty for this product. The company said to me, If I send the pastabike with DHL or PostNL I need to pay shipping cost. I need to pay 8-10 euros shipping cost even there is a defect of the warrantied product. The company said that I can sen the product in on month without shipping cost.After one mont I need to pay shipping cost. I waited for defective product almost one month. At that time I did not use my product.
Pasta bike is also approximately 20-25 euros.
Moreover they do not have pick up point that I can bring the product nearby. So I do not suggest this company to buy a product. You need to pay shipping cost although your product has warranty.
There is no fault hier. Because you are the same company with Pastamachine-nu. When my product arrived within box, the box was packaged with tape containing your name.You have also the same adress. That is why I called you via number that I found from google maps.
