★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neem telefonisch contact op ivm niet uitgevoerd onderhoud (in opdracht van woningbouw). Krijg eerst centrale keuzemenu (om uiteindelijk met locatie van mijn stad doorverbonden te worden). Krijg ik de receptioniste aan de lijn. Vraag ik of een specifieke medewerker aanwezig is, krijg ik te horen "alle medewerkers zijn in gesprek als je met mij verbonden bent, ik ben de receptioniste." Ja dat is logisch dat ik eerst met de receptioniste word verbonden. Maar hoe weet je in godsnaam als een aannemer er niet is als je niet eens even probeert door te verbinden voordat je roept "er is niemand aanwezig"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een kale man die bij julie werkt en bij ons werk een klus kwam doen met het kenteken VK-361-T is dreigend naar mij toe gelopen en heeft de heletijd lopen schreeuwen in mijn gezicht ik vind dit zeer onbeschoft en onprofessioneel.
A bald man who works with you and came to do a job at our place with the license plate VK-361-T has walked threateningly towards me and has been screaming in my face all the time, I find this very rude and unprofessional.
