Als je niet wordt aangesloten van BAM heb je een groot probleem want dan heb geen internet geen water en geen elektra. Dit is ons overkomen wij wachten sinds meer dan 8 maanden en bereiken niets. De werkwijze van het bedrijf is niet transparant en de medewerkers zijn niet behulpzaam. Er is een overkoepelend coordinator Timo Schoon die wij regelmatig hebben geprobeerd te bereiken - er werd nooit opgenomen of teruggebeld. Er is een medewerker die verantwoordelijk is voor de aansluitingen (Sandra vd Linden) die telkens toezeggingen maakt dat ze het gaat uitzoeken en terug gaat bellen - vervolgens neemt ze de telefoon niet meer op en belt niet terug. Het is een rare gewaarwording in tijden van klantvriendelijkheid en service gerichtheid dat er blijkbaar bedrijven zijn die je niet willen helpen en het is verbazingwekkend hoe machteloos je je kan voelen. Het feit dat je niet kan verhuizen en je woning sinds maanden leeg staat is ook niet echt prettig - dus als je BAM kan vermijden ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen. This has happened to us, we have been waiting for more than 8 months and achieve nothing. The company's working method is not transparent and the employees are not helpful. There is an overarching coordinator Timo Schoon whom we have tried to contact on a regular basis - there was never answered or called back. There is an employee who is responsible for the connections (Sandra vd Linden) who always makes promises that she will find out and call back - then she does not answer the phone and does not call back. It is a strange sensation in times of customer friendliness and service orientation that apparently there are companies that do not want to help you and it is amazing how powerless you can feel. The fact that you cannot move and your house has been empty for months is also not really pleasant - so if you can avoid BAM I would recommend it to everyone.
D	Dario Saric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I witnessed the destruction you guy's made on our beautifull reef on Curacao. There are no other words than horrible. There is no way you guy's can ever restore the damage you made,but at least you have the materials to give us back our awesome wreck. As compensation and a huge fine ofcourse , you can move our superior producer to a position to a place were we can dive on it again (without any damage ofcourse) . PS: maybe is is an idea to invest in a GPS system to keep your ship on the same location instead of huge chains and ankers
