De mensen aan de telefoon zijn vriendelijk en doen hun best het gesprek ordentelijk te laten verlopen vandaar één ster in plaats van nul sterren.
Het punt is dat waarschijnlijk uw garantieprobleem niet wordt opgelost. Redenen die ik via BAM heb doorgekregen zijn:
- Autopech
- Jan is ziek
- Piet is met vakantie
- Henk is niet meer werkzaam
- We konden het adres niet vinden
- De materialen zijn niet beschikbaar
- We hebben uw gebeld maar u neemt niet op
Uiteindelijk na negen maanden is het garantieprobleem op een vrijdag opgelost. De maandag erop volgde een e-mail met: uw garantieprobleem is opgelost. Chapeau nu wel een snelle reactie.
Suppose you have a warranty problem with your new-build home. Immediately contact a lawyer.
The people on the phone are friendly and do their best to keep the conversation orderly, hence one star instead of zero.
The thing is, your warranty issue probably won't be resolved. Reasons I received through BAM are:
- Car breakdown
- John is sick
- Pete is on vacation
- Henk is no longer working
- We couldn't find the address
- The materials are not available
- We called you but you don't answer
Finally, after nine months, the warranty problem was resolved on a Friday. The following Monday, an e-mail followed: Your warranty problem has been resolved. Cheers for a quick response.
