"Publiekstrekker is hier de zogeheten Family Bucket, een bak vol schaal- en schelpdieren voor twee tot drie personen (€ 32,50). Het is een rijkgevulde pan, hoog opgetast met krabscharen, langoustines, gamba’s en mosselen: van de plancha, uit de boterjus, uit de oven: alles lekker warm en stevig gekruid. De naam doet meer denken aan Kentucky Fried dan aan Terminus Nord, en dat is ook toepasselijk: de vrolijkstemmende trog vol lekkers echoot meer de overdadige Amerikaanse seafood boils enlobster festivals dan een kil plateau fruits de mer op ijs. We krijgen er prikkers en pincetten bij om al het zoete, rijke vlees uit de knietjes en koppies te schrapen, halen ons brood door de verrukkelijke boter-schelpenjus onderin, en het is werkelijk smullen geblazen."
