★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite places in my neighborhood. A menu of creative and delicious dishes with the aim to focus on seasonal and local produce. I go here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and take a lot of my friends and family here. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff friendly and in the summer it's lovely to sit outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful food with creative combinations. Excellent service - very warm and gracious. Great seat near the kitchen so we could watch all the action. I'm a visitor from America and this was my best dining experience in Amsterdam so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our favorite neighborhood restaurant, located in a very neighborly and cozy area. Everything I have had on the menu is delicious and fairly priced. And indeed a very friendly staff and very patient with my Dutch that I insist to practice with them. :) I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Great restaurant to have in the neighbourhood" said my charming counterpart as well as another reviewer I saw. It was super tasty and we had a fabulous time. The two floored interior triggers mystique ~ and there is an outside as well near a scenic fountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location & delicious food - ordered the Kapsalon Sla with Kip. Fresh ingredients (includes 4 varieties of salad leaves, tomatoes, radishes, avo, cucumber, cheese, baby pickled onions, Parmesan, sweet potato fries etc & with added kip). Very very good.
Friendly staff - however service can be a bit slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar 1900 is the place for a drink and a snack. Friendly people. Good beers, comfortable couch and nice music. I'm not a big fan of corn on my fries or chili sauce on my nachos. Besides that: ?
