Rustic eatery, something between the pub and restaurant. Small card with offers at normal prices in Holland. Fleet friendly service.
C	Charlotte Apeldoorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een leuke tent, ik kan niet anders zeggen. Vriendelijke en vlotte bediening, gezellige sfeer, leuk terras. Het eten was verrassend lekker. De burger is een van de beste die ik ooit heb gegeten, de garnalen waren van hetzelfde kaliber. De lamskoteletjes waren net zo goed, behalve dat ze iets gaarder hadden gemogen. Een klein aandachtspuntje bij een verder perfecte maaltijd. Ook de patat was goed (we mochten ook brood kiezen ipv patat). Goede menukaart ook, met veel keuze, inclusief vegetarische en gezonde opties. Hier komen we zeker terug! What a nice place, I cannot say otherwise. Friendly and brisk service, cozy atmosphere, nice terrace. The food was surprisingly delicious. The burger is one of the best I've ever eaten, the prawns were the same caliber. The lamb chops were just as good, except they could have been a little more cooked. A small point of attention for an otherwise perfect meal. The fries were also good (we could also choose bread instead of fries). Good menu too, with plenty of choice, including vegetarian and healthy options. We will definitely come back here!
C	Cher Wanders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn trouwe Swintje klanten, maar vandaag zijn we teleurgesteld. Telefonisch 1 saté en 1 spareribs besteld en afgehaald: €30 gepind. Thuis bleek dat er geen sausjes bij de spareribs zaten, 1 portie patat ipv 2 zonder mayo en geen garnering die altijd zo smakelijk en leuk is hier, maar een fantasieloze bak ijsbergsla met wat gesneden tomaat erop en nauwelijks dressing. De spareribs en saté waren goed, de patat lauw en de salade smaakte naar niks. Voor €30 wel meer verwacht. Zo zijn we dat niet gewend van 't Swintje! Jammer. We hadden wat te vieren maar eten viel tegen. We are loyal Swintje customers, but today we are disappointed. Ordered and picked up 1 satay and 1 spareribs by phone: €30 pinned. At home it turned out that there were no sauces with the spare ribs, 1 portion of fries instead of 2 without mayo and no garnish that is always so tasty and fun here, but an unimaginative bowl of iceberg lettuce with some sliced tomato on top and hardly any dressing. The spare ribs and satay were good, the fries lukewarm and the salad tasted like nothing. Expected more for €30. That's not what we're used to from 't Swintje! Unfortunately. We had something to celebrate but food was disappointing.

Thi. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bar 't Swintje actually is more than a bar: Fine dishes of undeniably high quality are offered here - for fair prices, which proportionally are remarkably below general local standards. Not only is the bar location of a rough and nevertheless comfortable style, with its dark wood floor and pieces of furniture, with its slightly melancholic posters and pieces of yesterday's US popular culture. The outside facilities are a good place to sit as well, as one can see the manifold lot of Egmond tourists as well as locals passing by in this by-street, on their way to the central place or the sea, or back. Mixed grill, steaks, chicken saté or fish are delicious; the variety and quality of beverage (draught beers, vines or local liquors) underline the feeling of well-being - all that combined with a perfect, sunny and competent service. Highly recommendable!
C	Christopher A. Leach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 stars all the way. They make great cocktails the atmosphere is totally set up as a traditional English or USA bar, love it. Good music, great food. The bar tender was super cool and had a great personality. We had a great time!! Ohhhh and they make great Long Island ice teas as well :)
