I never had my hair look so terrible before and not really exaggerating but don't want to step outside with this hair... The servixe, lady who cut my hair were all fine but main reason I was there was just disaster....
I'm so angry that I might seem too negative here but try yourself if you dare ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is fine but a simple haircut was done ridiculously badly, as though it were done at home with blunt scissors after a few beers. Had to go to another place to fix that mess. Never again.

Just called them to confirm my reservation for later today. Got the phone shut twice without any explanation.
Called for the third time to tell them that they just lost a client that was loyal member for TWO years. The phone was shut again!!!
This is not the way to run a business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altogether a nice experience. Attentive stylists. Could focus a little more on the backbar to really TREAT the client especially during these difficult times with Covid and financial constraints. Maybe more of a massage which doesn't cost any product just time. But besides that lovely.
