Slecht luisteren naar wat een klant wil en gewoon je eigen ding doen: onprofessioneel.
Enige pluspunt: erg goedkoop. Maar ik ga niet meer terug.
Phoning the entire haircut via your Bluetooth set: customer unfriendly
Doing that calling in a foreign language: inhospitable
Not listening to what a customer wants and just doing your own thing: unprofessional.
Only plus: very cheap. But I'm not going back.
