β β β β β This place is practically an Amstelveen institution and pillar of the community that has been serving our family for more than 23 years!!! They offer excellent customer service and inclusive for people like my son who have autism and struggles with things like haircuts! I highly recommend them. Check out the photos of my parter and 2 sons having their hair cut (sometimes we have all 3 generations together!)

β β β β β Showed the barber a photo of my previous haircut. I got something very different. I asked for an undercut, but the sides were way shorter than we agreed upon, and the rest stayed too long though I explicitly asked to shorten it. In the end, I even left the salon with wet hair at cold weather outside! Lucky me I didn't get a cold.
Next day, I went to another hair salon to fix what could be rescued, and that hairdresser was shocked by the quality. The hairstyle was so much damaged that it's now barely impossible to let the hair fall as it naturally would. On top of it all, the cuts were entirely uneven. Now it looks much better, but it's even shorter and not what I wanted in the first place.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this barbershop! At least, when I complained directly after they were done, I didn't have to pay. But that doesn't bring my hair back and I have to walk around with this style for the next couple of weeks...
