★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zich netjes geholpen, maar ik moest 4 weken wachten voordat ik terecht kon. Online een afspraak maken ging redelijk makkelijk.
Ik was daar met 2 kinderen en kreeg al snel het verzoek of ze rustiger konden doen, terwijl ze gewoon gezellig begonnen te vertellen dat hun id-kaart verlopen was ?. Ze maakten geen herrie en er was 1 ander gezin binnen.
Hoop dat het na de corona-maatregelen weer wat soepeler gaat.
Neatly helped, but I had to wait 4 weeks before I could go. Making an appointment online was fairly easy.
I was there with 2 children and was soon asked if they could take it easy, just starting to tell them that their ID card had expired ?. They made no noise and there was 1 other family inside.
Hope that things go more smoothly after the corona measures.
