About BartsParts B.V.
Dealers, importers and manufacturers face the same issue: a huge stock of spare parts on the shelf, of which many were obsolete or unmarketable among their customers.
When searching for spare parts, machine owners face also problems, especially with parts for older equipment; they are hard to find in the market or very expensive.
BartsParts was founded in 2017 by Arno Verkleij as a "virtual warehouse" where dealers can sell their stock and customers all over the world are giving the opportunity to source hard to get find parts at reasonable prices. Making life easier for both dealers and equipment owners.

The employees only react quickly when PayPal is switched on! Very very sad . I put 500 € in sand - thanks for that.

Parts arrive broken and/or missing. Never on time. And also there is no customer service. You simply cannot call them because there is nowhere a tel. number. But they respond to your messages whenever they want.
Looks like a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a radiator for a tractor that was very much cheaper than the dealer alternative. We had some delivery problems but I can't blame BartsParts as the manifest to collect was issued but the delivery firm didn't pick it up. There was a delay but the item arrived and was exactly as described. Anna from BartsParts was really helpful. When we are desperate for a part we want to as soon as possible for the lowest price and we want to know it's on the way, we want instant response but to be fair this is not always possible. I would use this service again should the need arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Search the Web for parts for my tractor and came across BartsParts, so decided to give them a try, everything was very straightforward and price was good and so was the postage, as I live in Ireland the postage has gotten ridiculous in price and time to deliver since Brexit. All delivered in a timely manner. Will be returning to BartsParts again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with BartsParts. I was able to find what my local dealer could not supply. I read a few unhappy reviews and wanted to share my positive experience. Easy ordering process, received the tracking code after 3 days (product came from Germany in my case) and delivery went fine.
So, all in all, smooth. All good.
