★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich bzw. nicht kundenorientiert. Ich wollte ein Termin zur Vor Ort Besichtigung, für ein Angebot. Habe 3- Mal mit Herrn Basen telefoniert und zusätzlich eine Mail mit den Eckdaten für die Arbeiten die im Garten zu erledigen sind (ca. 280 qm² neu Sanierung Rasen und Terrasse). Wurde bis jetzt 3-mal vertröstet, mit den Worten: Ich melde mich in den nächste 2Tagen bei Ihnen. Das ist jetzt fast 3 Wochen her.
Not very customer-friendly or not customer-oriented. I wanted an appointment for an on-site inspection, for an offer. I phoned Mr. Basen 3 times and also sent an email with the key data for the work to be done in the garden (approx. 280 square meters of new lawn and terrace renovation). Has been put off 3 times so far, with the words: I'll get in touch with you in the next 2 days. That was almost 3 weeks ago.
